I am currently a Senior Product Manager in the Emerging Market Group (EMG), Microsoft India. My current focus is to launch a new product which helps deliver content and digital services to the last mile underserved consumers in an assisted manner via neighborhood 'Kirana' stores.

I am also the Co-Founder and CTO of Three Wheels United, a data-driven lending company which focuses on providing credit to purchase electric vehicles to low income users who are typically excluded for formal banking sector, thereby serving dual purpose of financial inclusion and reducing carbon emissions.

I was previously a Research Engineer in the Technology for Emerging Markets group (TEM) at Microsoft Research India. My research involved designing complex socio-technical systems to cater to the needs of users in emerging markets.

I also worked on designing and building novel blockchain consensus protocol to work in low resource settings. I have in the past worked closely with iSpirt to test and evaluate IndiaStack API’s and design usable sandbox to enable easy developer adoption. I also worked closely with Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to design and prototype solutions on how blockchain can be leveraged to reduce spam, the inputs went into defining the latest UCC regulations released for the country.

I graduated with Bachelor and Master's degree in Computer Science from IIIT-Delhi in 2014, where my primary area of research was building technology for improving healthcare in emerging markets.
